Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

·         Please allow 1 – 5 business days to process your order, including printing, packing and posting

·         Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

·         For all items shipped domestically within Australia our flat rate shipping using Australia Post:

o   Free postage for standard tracked parcel post; or

o   $15 AUD for express post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

·         We offer international shipping worldwide, however all shipping will be subject to any shipping restrictions that may have been put in place by Australia Post from time to time.

·         We offer flat fixed rate shipping worldwide as follows:

o   Australia Post International Standard Parcel Post (tracked) of $25

§  Estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 4 weeks.

o   Australia Post International Express Parcel Post (tracked) of $35 AUD

§  - Estimated delivery timeframe of approx. 2 weeks.

·         Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Sewing Machine Decals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

·         We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus a 10% restocking fee.

·         The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

·         In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at support@sewingmachinedecals.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

·         We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
